Acetic acid as a photographic stopbath

Acetic acid has a higher capacity than citric acid (at same percentage). In return it smells and sometimes stitches in your nose.

If diluted to 2% or 3% the effect is reduced. Stopbath based on citric acid like ADOSTOP is oudourless and comoftable to use with it´s built in indicator but if you just need someone do to the job acetic acid will do it for half the price at almost double the capacity.
