ADOX Display Film
Silver chloride
photopaper coated on a clear film base.
This
"filmpaper" has a normal contrast and can be devloped
in any film or paper devloper.
The resolution is not as high as with the ADOX ORTHO 25
or ADOX ORTHO CT films.
It´s common use is to make enlargements from a smaller
negative onto the film.
The so produced positive can be used for further
reversal copying in order to get an enlarged negative
or as a transparent positive for displaying it in light
boxes.
Most photographic treatments can be undertaken such as
toning, lith development etc.
If you expose the film under the enlarger use a black
cardboard underneath to prevent halation !
Please treat the wet emulsion with care. The film is
much more sensitive than regular photopaper.
If you have problems with scratches use a pre-hardening
bath (dilute hardener as given on bottle with tab water
and make a first bath before development).
