Today the roofing ceremony took place. The chief of cunstruction read out loud the roofing ceremony paragraph (adapted to steel constructions) and afterwards our boss had to tighten (a just for him re-loosened:-) nut. The long iron bar has a toque wrench set to 800kN. Boss is 6’3″ but as thin as an aspargus. He had a hard time getting it to snap compared to the mechanics on site. At least there was a glass of champaign given beforehand. Some frost resistant ADOXERS and FOTOIMPEXERS watched untiul the click but the majority of the crowd hang already over the hot gulasch-soup pot at the time the image was taken.
